Why post-quantum

The signatures most chains use have an expiry date.

Bitcoin, Ethereum and most chains sign transactions with elliptic-curve keys. A large enough quantum computer breaks those, and a chain that patches later has to move every account in a hurry.

RougeChain started post-quantum. Blocks and transactions are signed with ML-DSA-65 (NIST FIPS 204). Encrypted messages and mail use ML-KEM-768 (NIST FIPS 203) key exchange. There is nothing to migrate.
